Our Mission Statement
PLAY Inc, is a non-profit public benefit corporation committed to promoting public welfare and education through the acceptance of contributions for use in enhancing, maintaining, and promoting the recreation, leisure, and parks services offered by the Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department. These services offer a multitude of personal, social, economic, and environmental benefits.
The park offers the public a rare mix of
environmental education, land preservation
and recreation, with about eight miles of
hiking / equestrian / mountain biking trails.
